I had a pleasant experience picking up my order on a Saturday night, and the woman at the pickup counter was attentive and helpful. She made sure everything was in order and her friendly demeanor made the evening enjoyable. The food was satisfying and the service was efficient, although it can be inconsistent at times, so it's worth noting for future visits.
