This Panda is inside Pavillions, so the "atmosphere" is that of a supermarket (non-existent). Food is predictable and reliable though--same as any Panda Express. Get yourself a 1/2 pound of Orange Chicken & a 1/2 pound of (mediocre) fried rice for $5.50? Great value, so-so food; perfect for a quick lunch when a burger sounds gross (there is a Wendy's in the parking lot & McDonald's accross the street.
