Saigon NV brings a slice of Vietnam to Boston, and as someone who's grown up with this cuisine, I can appreciate their commitment to authenticity. While the Pho and spring rolls were decent, the Bun Bo Hue truly stood out, reminding me of the vibrant street food back home, though a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience.
