At first glance, the exterior doesn't scream "crowded," but step inside and you'll find it buzzing with people packed into its cozy 15 booths. The service is friendly and patient-though getting drinks took a bit longer than expected, the crispy General Tso Chicken, crab rangoons, and fried rice made every minute worth the wait.

The restaurant is small, busy, and the service is slow, but the food and atmosphere are excellent.
