I went through the Wendy's drive thru this morning- store #3036. Elizabeth was the lady taking the my order.
I ordered a large coffee and had asked for cream. She advised that they were out of cream so I asked for milk in my coffee instead. She said she would have to charge me for the milk- which is not good customer service as it's not the customers fault that your restaurant ran out of creamer. I told her I thought that was messed up.
When I got to the window she had a very irritated look on her face and quite frankly was rude! Apparently this employee has been rude to others because her name is mentioned in Google reviews. She needs a class in customer service!
I also ordered 2 breakfast baconators, a large coffee, and 2 breakfast croissant deals- which were supposed to include seasoned potatoes. Instead I received 1 French fry and no seasoned potatoes...not even 2 French fries.
All 4 sandwiches I ordered were also cold and I had to go to a neighboring gas station to purchase cream for my coffee.
Something needs to be done about the rude employee. There's no sense in being rude. I understand running out of an item but milk should have been offered. My order did not include all the items ordered and the food was cold.
Horrible experience!
As a previous restaurant owner this was a very unacceptable visit!
