the wing factory in kennesaw ga customer service sucks!!!!!!!!! I ordered i delivery order and it took over 45 minutes. i order 20 minutes before my lunch break to make sure that my food got to my job with enough time to eat on my 45 minute break. All i order was 10 wing platter with extra fries and a drink. I work right around the corner from the restaurant so it shouldn't took long, but when i called back i was told that my food was still sitting there waiting on the driver to get back. I asked how and i was told that he would be back in a minute. It started to get close to the end of my break and i called back(which was 15 minute after my second call)and they told me that it was still there and i just got upset and said just cancel the order please. A woman said hold on and she told the manager of the store i wanted to cancel my order. The manager got on the phone in a rude manner and start to go back and forth with me about canceling my order and before i knew it the manager, on duty at the time,of kennesaw ga wing factory location called me a son of a b-tch and hung up in my face. i called back to confront him and he did the same thing again!!!!!!!! I personally thought that was unprofessional and uncalled for!!!!

This was the worst customer service I have ever received and I know how important it is to display the very best customer service skills and to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. That was not the case today, they completely messed up my order! and wanted to argue with me and say that what I received is what i ordered, then offered to make me the correct type of wing, but would charge me for it!! Absolutely not! I will not be ordering from this place ever again, you have lost a loyal customer and I will tell others about your poor service, with the economy in the shape it is in, you cannot afford to make customers unhappy!!!!

the customer service here was apalling. the person who answered the phone when I called disconnected and was extremely rude.
