I stopped here on my way north and was truly impressed by the amazing food and friendly service. The Reuben Sandwich was unforgettable, and the crispy hash browns, biscuits and gravy, and overeasy eggs were all delicious. With a cozy, rustic interior and a menu full of daily specials, this small hometown cafe offers a wonderful dining experience at a fair price, though be sure to bring cash as cards aren't accepted.

On our journey north, we discovered a charming cafí© that offered unforgettable food and excellent service. The Reuben Sandwich was remarkable, and I particularly enjoyed the crispy hash browns and heavenly bacon; cash is the only accepted payment method.

Meal every time you go there.
The owners and staff are very friendly and the atmasphere is fantastic.

Home-town couple own and operate this cafe. Almost everything is prepared from scratch. Have you ever had corned beef hash where it's obvious that the meat is CORNED BEEF? Ths Sunday morning specials are always unusual and delicious, especially my favorite on the the first Sunday of each month ~ Huevos Rancheros!

Give it a try, just 1 mile west of I-35 in Willow River!

I have been to this restaurant several times with different friends. It's a nice drive from Duluth The service is excellent. Homemade food is very very good. The homemade pie I had the last visit there a week ago was orange pecan. first time I ever tried it and will definitely get it again. It was yummy. . It's a nice drive from Duluth to Willow River for lunch. No I'm not related to anybody that owns it or works there.

Peggy sue'sCafe has some of the best food between the twin cities and Duluth, Mn. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Very clean restaurant with friendly service.
