Jefferson Park Grill has been a staple around here for ages, and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge given its location near the bus turnaround at Jefferson Park. If you're lucky, you might snag a metered spot on Milwaukee Ave, but those can be limited. I finally got a chance to swing by when I lucked out with a space on Milwaukee, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu. The Hobo Skillet was my go-to choice, packed with hash browns, onions, sausage, bacon, cheese, and eggs over easy-a real heartwarming dish. The service was friendly, and the overall vibe had that authentic Chicago feel, especially for a quick bite near the Blue Line stop.
