The pupusas at this hole-in-the-wall place are amazing with no extra dough, very flavorful, and served with perfectly seasoned cabbage, giving an authentic taste of Salvadoran cuisine. My co-workers and I came here for a papusa fix and thoroughly enjoyed the huge and satisfying bean and cheese pupusas, as well as the delicious horchata with a hint of cinnamon. Despite a slight language barrier, the friendly staff made our experience at El Majahual enjoyable, and the affordable prices make it a great spot for authentic and tasty pupusas in Houston.
