The sandwich was very good. However the customer service was Not. This took place at the one in Beaverton near the Beaverton transit center Max station. I've order a smoothie not knowing it had milk n milk doesn't agree with me, so I've asked if they could put orange juice instead n they charged me for the orange juice. It's not necessarily about the money. It was about their lack of willingness to help. They were very inflexible n that turned me off. So I won't be ever returning to that place again. I rather not give any names because I don't think that's a good idea but I went there on Monday October 16th evening. And it was 11639 in Beaverton square something If someone can't have milk, then you should have something other than milk for a smoothie because I ended up paying almost $6 for a tiny smoothie n that's unacceptable !!! However I do like the pot belliy in portland, so I'll be only going to that one. Anyone whose lactose intolerant, do not get a smoothie there because it has milk n milk is gross
The pot bellie in portland in 6th Ave is amazing n the people there are awesome especially a manager who was wonderful to me. So rest assured I'll be going to the one in portland for sure
