The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly, with a wide and varied menu that includes sushi, ramen, hibachi, and more. The service is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes dining here enjoyable whether alone or with others.

The food at Oyama was fresh and satisfying, from the miso soup to the spicy salmon rolls. The service, especially from Nicole, was excellent, making the overall experience enjoyable and worth revisiting.

I really like Oyama. The owners are fabulous and it's a big, diverse menu. Things are tasty, and good for Ellensburg. They might not be so competitive in Seattle, but hey! I would recommend to anyone who enjoys hibachi grill group parties, yakisoba, Sushi, sashimi, and teriyaki. I wish they would make more sushi rolls without cream cheese - barf - and not smothered in mayonnaise-based sauces, but the traditional rolls are good.

Some of my favorites are
The fresh Sugar Peas sautí©ed in a garlic sauce;
Dumpling soup with the earthy flavor of the added mushrooms;
The yakisoba (I like the "fried" sautí©ed version, rather than the soup one);
Rainbow roll

Used to love this place. But the last 2 or 3 times We have ordered from here the food has been sub par since covid -19
