I tried Currywurst for the first time at the St. Patty's day celebration in Baldwin Park, and let me tell you, the food is amazing! The fish sandwich with the garlic aioli sauce on top was a perfect match, melting in my mouth with every bite. I stumbled upon this food truck at Windermere's food truck Friday and have been following them on Instagram ever since. Their vegetarian option was moist and flavorful, served with mustard and sauerkraut, and the service was excellent. The portion sizes were generous, the bread had a nice crunch, and the flavors all worked well together. I can't wait to try something new from their menu next time!
