At the Tropical Park Food Truck event, Chef Frank's Puerto Rican food truck stood out with its authentic and flavorful dishes. The mofongo with shrimp was a standout, perfectly seasoned and paired with generous portions of sauce-cooked shrimp. I also enjoyed their bacalaito and homemade hot sauce, making it a must-try for anyone craving traditional Puerto Rican flavors.
