I tried the ropa vieja taco, shrimp taco, and ropa vieja tamal at this Cuban food truck. The ropa vieja items were delicious and filling, but the shrimp taco was disappointingly small with only three pieces of shrimp. Additionally, the coconut flan was a standout dessert option that I highly enjoyed.
