Firehouse Ranch BBQ is a must-visit for the best BBQ in Killeen. The spare ribs are incredibly tender and flavorful, even for someone like me who doesn't typically enjoy them. The owners, Les and Miss Paula, run a food-truck style business with a passion for their craft that shines through in every dish. The brisket, pork ribs, and pulled pork are outstanding, and the homemade sides like collard greens and ranch beans complement the meats perfectly.
