Every visit to this cozy Telluride restaurant feels like stepping into a lively celebration where the bartenders craft impeccable cocktails and the Asian-inspired small plates never fail to impress. The wagyu beef, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, lingers in my memory alongside the vibrant, unexpected combinations like venison arancini and spicy duck buns.
