The beef and cheese empanadas are absolutely delicious, and the arroz y gandules are a taste of home for me. Despite the initial disappointment of the food truck being cash-only, the authentic flavors and quality of the food made it a standout choice for me. I highly recommend trying their yellow rice and pork with a side of tostones if you're looking for a satisfying meal from this unassuming yet flavorful food truck.
