The cheese ensaimada and pandesal at Emmy's Bakery are truly exceptional. The rich flavors and textures remind me of home and leave me wanting more. Despite the possibility of limited availability due to high demand, the quality and taste of their treats make it worth the drive to Northern Virginia.
