YUM! I had the most amazing experience with the Spicy Chocolate Diablo Cookies from Hispania Bakery, a new vendor at the South of the James River farmer's market. The balance of creamy chocolate ganache between two light, crispy cookies was simply perfection, and the subtle spice elevated the flavors beautifully. I also tried the guava cheesecake, which was deliciously filling, but those cookies will have me coming back for more each week!
