Whenever I'm at the H Mart in Burlington, Woojeon is my go-to for authentic Korean food with generous portions and quick service. The bibimbap in a sizzling stone bowl is always a hit, with fresh crispy rice, tender beef, and flavorful veggies, plus all the classic sides like kimchi and bean sprouts that make the meal complete. The owners are super friendly and accommodating, and dishes like the spicy pork, soondubu jigae, and galbi short ribs bring me right back to Korea every time.

I randomly found this place while in the area and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and quick food service. The portion sizes were large for the price, and even though the broth consistency varied at times, the flavors were still enjoyable. The Bibimbap from Woojeon at H Mart's food court was a standout for me, especially with the sizzling hot stone bowl that crisped the rice perfectly as I ate.
