Damn, this bowl blew my expectations out of the water-somewhere between Tex Mex and Indian flavors, with fresh ingredients and a steak that was tender without any of those annoying chewy bits. Sure, it's a bit pricey for airport eats, but the generous portion and care they put into prepping it had me wishing there was a spot like this outside the terminal to visit regularly.
