Dining at George's At Alys Beach enveloped me in a serene, beachy ambiance where attentive, warm service complemented every flavorful bite-from the standout fried oysters with their bold Asian spices to the irresistible jerk-crusted Gulf Snapper paired with forbidden black rice. Though some dishes like the lobster quesadillas fell short, the fresh, vibrant menu and inviting outdoor seating made for a memorable experience I'm eager to revisit on a sunny afternoon.
