I've been a regular at the Wilson Cafe for as long as I can remember, and it always hits the spot! This time, we snagged a table in the cool side party room with its funky cotton wallpaper that totally suits the town's vibe. The smoked burrata appetizer was a real winner - the smoky flavor was on point and the presentation with the dome top was a fun touch. The short rib gnocchi for my main course was so tasty - the tender rib and creamy sauce were a dream combo. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was great, and the cozy atmosphere made for a perfect evening out.
