I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious meal from the food truck at River Bend Park today. The friendly staff showed genuine concern when my girlfriend experienced a fainting episode, offering her drinks and assistance while she recovered. The bunless tri-tip plate with cole slaw was a delightful choice, with tender meat and a flavorful slaw that pleasantly surprised me. The service was impeccable, and I am grateful for the caring and efficient team at the truck.
