Exactly what that last review said about hours plus they rarely answer phones and can never order on line.
Food had been really great b4. Last 2 times icky!
Ordered 3 Large cold subs
There was no cheese, barely any meat , bread was cut so uneven that it was like there was not bottom and everything fell out and slid out! It was horrible! It's says online today that they open at 10am and never are til 11am!! Getting my subs replaced for free according to Michelle... then never again!

Check the hours online because I knew they had shortened hours. Said they were open Sunday 11-7. I get there and they're closed. It's ok I decided I just couldn't skip my firehouse subs. So I went back yesterday and I kind of wish I didn't. Not sure what's going on over there, but it looked like all new people NONE of which knew what they were doing or looked like they even wanted to be there. My sandwich was sloppily put together. I could barely grab it. And the cheese wasn't even melted all the way and my meat wasn't hot. I ended up just eating it with a fork and knife because I didn't want to waste the $12 I just spent. I think it'll be a while before I come back again
