I finally experienced Paulie Gee's and it might just be my new favorite pizza. The pepperoni and sausage square with burrata was gooey, thick, and delicious, with perfectly crusty edges and well-portioned toppings. Although the chili smash cocktail didn't quite meet my expectations, the vibrant atmosphere and attentive service made the visit truly enjoyable.
