As a coffee enthusiast with years of experience in Seattle, evaluating a coffee shop involves considering various aspects beyond just the quality of the coffee itself. I believe a great coffee shop should excel in three key areas: the quality of their products, the overall vibe and service, and the pricing. While my personal preference leans towards espresso influenced by my time in Italy, I must admit that the Ethiopian blend at this particular shop has captured my attention with its fragrant, subtly sweet, and exceptionally smooth profile. The overall experience at this coffee shop, from the welcoming service to the delicious offerings and reasonable prices, has left a lasting impression on me, making it a standout destination in Kansas City.
