During my recent trip to Vegas, Roo and Eimi recommended a BBQ joint claiming to have the best ribs in town. Skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised by the tender, flavorful meat that practically melted in my mouth. The homemade sides like creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes added a delicious touch to the meal, and the sweet tea was the perfect balance of sweetness.
