I visit this store 4 to 5 times a week. The morning shift staff are second to none. Nearly every time I come for lunch or dinner the food is cold and the orders are usually incorrect. Today, the young lady taking my order didn't know how to take an order or use the POS. The frys I ordered were already sitting out when I arrived and she bagged them immediately after the orders was taken. Every single item that came out was bagged immediately and away from the heat lamp area. She dropped the order of chicken nuggets on the floor and tried to put them into the togo bag, luckily it was caught by another crew member and they did a refire for the nuggets. This was now over 5 minutes into the red on the order screen. I asked for a fresh order of frys due to them sitting out before I even entered the business. With the same ungloved and contaminated hands she picked up the nuggets with, she dug into the bag and told me the frays were still hot. That had to be a complete lie. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a refund. Thank goodness a senior member of the staff whom always gets out the orders perfectly took over and refunded my money. This is a constant problem in this store in the afternoon/evening hours. Except for the few morning staff who often seem to being double shifts, the staff tend to have an attitude problem. The owner of this store needs to ensure staff are properly trained in local health code and proper customer service. I have an extensive culinary back ground and have earned the title of executive chef during my career. This is by far one of the most poorly run restaurants is have come across. Sadly living in a small town, my options for quality service lacks. I have been a supporter of Jack in the Box since I was a very young man back in the 70's when my Mother would buy me a breakfast jack on they way to school. It saddens me to find such a great institution like Jack In the Box no longer holds to the high standards they once did. This has been an ongoing problem for many years. The owner must not care. Its breaks my heart. Unless I receive some kind of confirmation this unacceptable list of issues is being corrected I will not be returning.
Jack, I am going to miss you. You have been part of my entire life. It sucks that your owners and staff don't care any more.

The Boulder City Jack in the Box store is excellent. The employees make it so!
