Speedy's Cowabunga food truck near Missouri State University serves up delicious Hawaiian dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. I tried their tacos on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and flavorful toppings, though the pork taco was a bit greasy. Overall, a great value for the amount of food you get, and definitely a top pick for food trucks in the area.
