Yesterday was my first visit to the VIB location after their move from the food truck. I tried the drunken noodles with grilled tofu, a new dish for me, and was thoroughly impressed by the flavors and generous portions. The meal was satisfying, with well-cooked noodles, flavorful sauce, and fresh ingredients, all at a great value.
