The food at Emilia blew me away, especially the fisherman stew with mussels and the malfalde with broccolini and mushrooms in that light creamy vegan sauce-plus, the focaccia is a must-try. The service was just as great, with friendly staff like Matt and Killian making the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth, even on a busy night, so I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in Knoxville.
