Today was my first day at the restaurant. I order a kids meal for my daughter and myself the Nani plate. I ask for cheese eggs and even tip the nice old lady in the front. Once I pick up my order and went back to Covington, I noticed there wasn’t no cheese in my eggs. Call the restaurant to ask for refund the old lady told me I can get a refund as long as my food wasn’t touch. I got there and the young lady with red braids told me I’m not going to get a refund and told me there no one else that I can talk to. I try to grab my food and she put her hand on my hand and move it off my food. Then snatch my food and put it behind the counter. I call the police because I couldn’t believe the young lady touch my hand and move it away. I thought this place was a nice place but will never go to this place again. Stay away!!!
They don’t have good customer services at all !!!!!!! All this for eggs that didn’t have cheese in it

I had an amazing experience at Anna's. The service was very good. The server was excellent. Though the restaurant was crowded, we were seated immediately. The food was superb! I will return again very soon. This place is a well kept secret.
