At the NW Washington Fair in Lynden, I was thrilled to discover a local food vendor offering a refreshing alternative to the usual deep-fried fare. I savored an incredibly delicious Reuben Combo plate that featured a juicy sandwich paired with beer-battered mushroom fritters, making it hands down the best meal I've enjoyed at the Fair in years.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a local food vendor at the NW Washington Fair in Lynden in mid-August, offering a healthier alternative to the usual deep-fried fair food.
