Zundo-Ya has been one of my go-to spots for ramen, both in Japan and NYC, with its customizable options and delicious broth. It's a shame to hear that this location has closed, as I always enjoyed the unique flavors and quick service they provided. Hopefully, they will find a way to reopen in the future so I can continue enjoying their amazing ramen dishes.
