The bar had a cozy atmosphere and a mature crowd, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. The drinks were strong, the service was excellent, and the music added to the enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning to this neighborhood gem for more fun evenings.

If there were less than 0 stars, that's what Harper's deserves. Our company completed contracted work for Mr. Harper and he has failed to pay any amount and has now refused to reply to any of our multiple calls, texts, letters, or emails sent to try to contact him. Unbelievable. This review is a last resort attempting to contact Harper before more serious measures are taken.
