Derrik provided exceptional customer service, ensuring my order was delivered promptly and accurately. The food was delicious, and his attention to detail, such as including an extra cup for my float, truly impressed me. Despite a slight lag in the drive-thru service, the quality of the bacon cheeseburgers consistently earns this establishment a five-star rating. I highly recommend trying the onion rings, hamburgers, and root beer floats at A&W in Pocatello for a satisfying dining experience with a touch of nostalgia.
