Derrik delivered exceptional service with thoughtful care, going above and beyond by even including an extra cup for my float to prevent overflow. The bacon cheeseburgers are always delicious, the onion rings and root beer hit the spot, and the clean, inviting atmosphere makes it easy to return whenever a craving strikes.

The food was delicious, and his attention to detail, such as including an extra cup for my float, truly impressed me. Despite a slight lag in the drive-thru service, the quality of the bacon cheeseburgers consistently earns this establishment a five-star rating. I highly recommend trying the onion rings, hamburgers, and root beer floats at A&W in Pocatello for a satisfying dining experience with a touch of nostalgia.
