I discovered Kelly's in the food court and was immediately drawn in by the aroma of honey bourbon chicken. The worker offered us a generous deal, where buying one plate meant getting a second one for just $2.75. The honey bourbon chicken had a perfect charred flavor and was incredibly satisfying, especially considering the affordable price.
