Our mission was clear: find a rainbow bagel, and we did just that. My son's face lit up as we left with a rainbow bagel and rainbow sprinkle cream cheese. The small storefront on the Upper West Side was bustling with eager customers, but we managed to snag a table on a rainy Saturday morning. The bagels were satisfyingly chewy on the outside and soft on the inside, making our visit to Bagels & Co. a delightful experience.
