Pizza preferences can be deeply personal, and for me, nothing beats the old Brooklyn style with its thin crust and mouthwatering sauce. This evening I placed an order, and was disappointed with the order. I have going to Johnnys since 1992. My first order was the Italian cheese steak. I always ask for mozzarella cheese on it. That's my fav. But this evening I placed an order for a Marilyn Monroe and a whole Italian cheese steak with mozzarella cheese, when it was delivered I went to eat my cheese steak and it had American cheese. I was pissed. I called back and let the person that took my order that I asked for for mozzarella cheese and he told me that I didn't say mozzarella, I was not in the mood to go back a forth with him. He told me he was going to send me my sandwich. I said ok. I changed my mind because I thought maybe he would spit on it or something. I called back and told him never mind. I ate some of the sandwich and they surly don't make them good like they use too. Sad how the prices went up the quality went down.
