I found this cozy spot in Wichita serving up delicious Salvadoran cuisine instead of the usual Mexican fare. The enchiladas were a standout, filled with steam, chicken, cheese, and onions - plus, Momma made them red and green just for me. The refried beans were incredibly smooth, and the fried fish was a real treat. It's a great value for a meal that includes rice, beans, salad, and tortillas, so don't be put off by the wait or the lack of a customer restroom.
