The food at this place is consistently delicious, even for someone like me who isn't a fan of burgers. The staff members are always friendly and provide excellent service. My only critique would be that some items, like the fries and chicken, can be a bit overcooked due to high grease temperature.

The staff is always friendly and fun to talk to. The wait times can be rediculous though and when watching closely seems like there is very little of any actual organization. Things obviously need to be done to streamline things efficiently. Many times the workers are killing themselves while the management in on the phone or stuck just standing at a register counting etc.. as a last manager myself take care of your employees and customers first.
