If you're in the mood for some delicious Thai food and find yourself craving a backup option while Thai Kitchen is closed on Saturdays, swing by the old Smokehouse BBQ building in Rio Rancho, right next to Dutch Bros. The Massaman curry I tried was bursting with flavor, and the coconut milk's sweetness paired perfectly with just the right amount of spice to ignite an endorphin rush-definitely worth the visit!
