Dining at the rooftop cantina in Santa Fe was a memorable experience, especially with dishes like the pot roast, veggie tacos, and the outstanding tres leches dessert that truly impressed me. The vibrant atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious drinks, including one of the best margaritas I've had, made the evening even better despite the chilly weather.
