I placed an order on Oct 25 th at 4 pm, the lady on the phone said delivery time would be 430 or 440, 5pm came so i decided to call and see how much longer it would be. I know sometimes it takes a little longer thats to be expected.I had a really hard time understanding anything she was saying but i did hear the word door dash. I waited another 1/2 hour more and then called back and got the call center and the girl said she was going to get in touch with the store and get them to call me. the store called me at 537 pm and said the order got mixed up with the door dash orders so they would have to remake my order, so my pizza finally arrived at my door at 633 pm, so it took 2 1/2 hours to get my pizza. I work in the food industry and I know things can happen but that was ridiculous. I should get a refund or at least a free pizza

Poor garbage !!! Too much and nothing on them !!!! First and last !!! Make them for dogs !!! ( if they will eat them ). !!!!!! O/O

Purchased a large wlworks ,2 med special 46.00.the large had hardly anything on. For 30.00 unbelievable,what a rip off!!! Called manager want my 30.00 back
.she said bring in or picture.I will bring in the pizza after storm. Terrible service and pizza not worth.13.00.Never. buy there again

Awful poor customer service asked for deals they said 2 log for one and to order on line, when picked up they charged me for 2 and said they can't do anything about it because I didn't put in the code on line the code I didn't know nothing about. Very wrong pizza hut I am very disappointed and wronged!!!
