During my visit, the atmosphere and service truly stood out, making the entire experience memorable. Every detail, from the food to the ambiance, exceeded my expectations and left me wanting to return soon.

NEVER EVER dine at Black Bear Diner.
I arrived at 11:00 am to the B.B.D. The restaurant have very few people eating at this time.The hostess did not greet us & she was obviously bothered that we asked for a booth & not a table.She said no booths available. She seated us at a table next to numerous unoccupied booths?
The waitress didn't refill my tea, after 15 minutes, I located the tea pitcher & refilled it....after 15 more minutes, my tea is empty again,so,I went the the manager for a refill.He did not act surprised & never even replied about the poor service. After almost 40 to 45 minutes, still NO FOOD!!
Three tables arrived after we did & they were served food & had eaten before we were served. I finally asked for the manager.WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD???
I explained what occured & told him this experience was deplorable, his exact response was,"I don't think that's deplorable"! He was short & undiplomatic.The manager was not apologize, nor did he even care about our very disappointing experience.
We eat out a plethora of times at various places every week & We have never had this occur before.
Word of mouth is the the best form of advertisement!!!!!
We left & went to dine at Longhorn. The service was stellar & the food was delicious!
