The ribs, tender and falling off the bone, boast a rub bursting with flavor, while the brisket offers a smoky depth, though occasionally a bit dry depending on the cut. Though the wines lean toward the pricey side and the macaroni lacked punch, the overall smoky symphony and sweet tea's refreshing sweetness made for a satisfying barbecue journey.
