Manager at the Easton location was condescending and unprofessional. She continued to refer to a customer as honey and was not accommodating. She did not want to honor the word of an employee who offered a free pizza because he forgot to submit the order. She was confrontational and continued to complain to another employee about the situation instead of trying to rectify the problem.
