Good food. Dilapidated building. Owner does not care if the building presentation is bad. There were two toilets sitting against the building, broken flashing was hanging down from the roof and obviously painting the building had not been in anyone's plan for a long time. The owner does not care how the building looks and responded with a wise acre answer when he read the post.
